Below is a brief selection of our accomplished legal projects, locally and internationally, as follows:

(1) Advising one of our International Clients , working in the Jordanian Manufacturing Sector and one of the biggest leading manufacturing companies in the MENA Region, in one of the most recent sophisticated disputes of this year 2024 with a tens of millions USD claiming where it was concluded among the parties amicably through extensive discreet negotiations that led to a final court settlement in less than 3 months.

(2)Advising, monitoring and executing the restructuring of one of the most leading Microfinance Companies in Jordan with a share-capital exceeding 5 Million U.S.D. where the Company’s type was transferred to a Private Shareholding Company, this transaction was accomplished with collaboration and supervision of the Central Bank of Jordan and many other relevant Official Jordanian Authorities, the short time frame where this transaction was duly executed during 2023 is considered a precedent in light of the complexity and nature of such transaction that involves a Jordanian financial microfinance institution.

(3) Advising, monitoring and executing acquisition transactions, including international cross border transactions between Jordan and USA and local transactions, with purchase amounts exceeding 30 Million USD during 2019.

(4) Advising JAICA – Palestine Branch on Municipalities Finance, Intergovernmental Fiscal Relations, Local Government Administrative System and Municipalities and Joint Councils Systems .

(5) Advising the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan on the establishment of Waste Management through PPP schemes in consortium with International Organizations (2013 - 2014).

(6) ِAdvising and conducting a comprehensive legal due diligence with regard to the development of a viable project proposal for the creation of the Amman Dry Port & Logistics Centre in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in consortium with International Organizations (2016 - 2017).

(7) Advising the Ministry of Transportation on PPP, Dry Ports and Logistic Centers in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and providing legal studies in related fields in consortium with International Organizations (2012 - 2013).

(8) Advising and handling international cross border disputes on behalf of our Clients in collaboration with our Affiliates, such disputes are of commercial nature with the amount of Millions of USD.
