Hmeidan & Partners Law Firm is glad to announce that we successfully advised, monitored and executed the restructuring of one of its Client’s in Jordan - a Microfinance Company - with a share-capital exceeding 5 Million U.S.D. where the Company’s type was transferred to a Private Shareholding Company, this transaction was accomplished with collaboration and supervision of the Central Bank of Jordan and many other relevant Official Jordanian Authorities, the short time frame where this transaction was duly executed during 2023 is considered a precedent in light of the complexity and nature of such transaction that involves a Jordanian financial microfinance institution.
